Located in the peaceful and beautiful town of Cedar Key, you will find Love Laugh Live 1 and 2 nestled in the quaint, luxurious condominiums of Old Fenimore Mill.  Units 10B and 10C are adjoining on the second floor* of the complex.  They can be rented together or separate.  10B is a cozy one bedroom, one bath with an open kitchen and living area.  10C is a charming two bedroom, two bath condominium with a full kitchen, laundry, and living/dining area.

 

You will feel at home in our well equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. Washer/dryer and freshly cleaned linens are provided for your convenience.  Enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee at the breakfast bar or outside on the porch watching the beautiful sunrise.  You may also visit the dock to clean your fresh catch or cook out with friends on the charcoal grills. 

 

Free wireless internet is provided, so bring your technology!  DVDs and TVs located in the units allow for Family Movie Nights or simply watching your favorite shows. If you want to forego all the modern conveniences, open up the French doors to feel the cool Gulf breezes or unwind on the porch watching the birds and fish in their natural habitats. 

Old Fenimore has a heated 20 X 40 pool and 10 x 10 hot tub for your enjoyment.  You can also relax in one of the lounge chairs or sit in the shaded pergola reading your favorite novel.
